    At the moment of ordering your gift, you will be able to insert wishes and choose the type of paper you want it to be written on. These wishes will then be sent to you or directly to your beloved one, along with their gifts.
  • What if the parts I want are out of stock?
    Most of our product offering are indeed experiences. These experiences are intangible and thus limitless. For the products we offer you, along with our local suppliers, we can guarantee to serve each of our customers properly by regularly updating our stocks and only proposing gifts that are available.
  • Is it possible to send a gift without being known ?
    Yes, it is. We can keep your anonymity and send your gift without signature. At SparkleBox, we love surprises, and we are sure that this sweet and mysterious attention will go directly to the heart of your loved one.
  • Do you have a loyalty system ?
    Of course! For us, customer relationship is the basis of our strategy, and we value our loyal clients. For every 5th order at SparkleBox, we send you a surprise parcel to thank you for your loyalty.
  • How long should I receive my order ?
    Typical delivery time is around 5 and 7 business days.
  • Do you ship gifts outside Switzerland ?
    We propose our services only to people living in Switzerland in order to honour our special concept of sustainability and local production. But if your relative lives in a country of the European Union, we can still send the parcel with an extra-fee of CHF 20.
